Privacy
All personal information supplied, including names & addresses, may be shared with production partners, but will otherwise not be sold to or shared with third parties.

Copyright
All uniqueinvites.com.au work is protected under Australian copyright law. No invitation or individual asset may be stored, copied or reproduced in whole or part without written consent from uniqueinvites.com.au.

Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. uniqueinvites.com.au reserves the right to change its pricing at its discretion without prior notice.

Payment
A 50% up front project deposit is required, with full payment required prior to delivery. uniqueinvites.com.au accepts payment via direct deposit, cash, cheque or credit card. Payments are only considered made once cleared. Credit card fees apply.

Postage & Handling
All packages are delivered & fully tracked by courier or Australia Post. Additional insurance is the responsibility of the client.

Artwork Approval
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure approved artwork is error-free. uniqueinvites.com.au takes no responsibility for errors in approved artwork. Changes to approved artwork following a production-proof are charged at $35.

Envelopes
Invitations do not come with envelopes, however matching envelopes can be ordered through uniqueinvites.com.au.

Photography
By suppling photographic image/s to uniqueinvites.com.au, you certify that you are the copyright holder, or have express permission from the copyright holder to use the image/s. uniqueinvites.com.au will not take responsibility for the quality of any supplied assets.

Spare Invitations
It is advisable to order 10% blank invitations to cover last minute guest changes. The production of additional invitations following the initial run will incur a production surcharge.

Deadlines & Delivery
Standard projects take around 4 weeks to complete. We can turn projects around faster than this & will often accept urgent jobs. We cannot guarantee deadlines will be met when the submission of information or approval is delayed by the client. uniqueinvites.com.au reserves the right to decline orders where it believes a deadline cannot be achieved. All goods become the property of the client one the client takes possession & the transaction is considered closed. Any disputes must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Stock Availability
Although every effort is made to ensure we have adequate stock of supplies, there may be instances where materials required for an order are temporarily unavailable. In such cases we will contact the client to discuss their options.

Cancellations of Refunds
Due to the nature of the production process, all payments are non-refundable.

Design Credit
All invitations sold by uniqueinvites.com.au are exclusive in design & as such, a small, unobtrusive credit will be printed on stationery items at the discretion of uniqueinvites.com.au. This will be kept to a minimum point size & positioned where it will not interfere with the overall look of the stationery. For $100, the client can elect to have this asset removed.

Acceptance of Orders
uniqueinvites.com.au reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.

Office Closures
Our office may be closed at certain times of the year. Closures are published on our website & current clients will be notified as these dates become available.

Acceptance of Terms & Condtions
Payment of a deposit is considered acknowledgement & acceptance of these terms & conditions.
